From the smallest enterprise to the largest corporation, organisations are created and designed by people to fulfill human objectives. Organisational behaviour (OB) seeks to understand how we can do this in the best way. This course aims to provide better understanding of human behaviour in organisations. COURSE OBJECTIVES 1.
